This guy can dance!
Today I just wanted to share something that I wish I had seen at the gym. This GIF was posted on Google+ earlier today and I had to pass it on because it simply goes to show that you can work out and still have fun doing it.

Update 3:46PM… Apparently this GIF stems from this YouTube video which has a full :43 of this guy dancing.
